FAQs

Before you sign up.

Quick answers to what people ask before they start.

  • No. They leave a draft. You send it. They never change a record, publish a quote, or book a flight.

  • Yes. Not a general CRM with a drone on the login screen. Services, equipment, licences, insurance, and the math that prices a job.

  • What you made this month, what is waiting on you, and your pipeline. New accounts get a short setup list instead.

  • You save each service once, with a price and the hours it usually takes. A quote pulls from that list. Add travel and gear, and the margin updates as you type. Send a link. The client picks add-ons and accepts or declines.

  • No signature pad. They get a one-time code by email, then click Accept or Decline. The choice is recorded on the proposal.

  • A few minutes. Six setup steps, then add a client and write one service. You can start with sample data and delete it once you have your own.

  • Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, check the columns lined up, and import. There is a blank template to start from.

  • Encrypted on the way to us and while it sits with us. Never sold or shared. Servers are in the United States. The Privacy page lists what is stored and for how long.

  • Free is $0, no card. The whole workflow, and every quote still shows its margin. Pro is $20 a month or $200 a year (pay for ten months, get twelve), and adds job history: record what a job really took and see what it actually paid.

  • Fourteen days of Pro, starting the moment you sign up. No card, nothing to cancel. When it ends you choose Free or Pro.

  • No. Monthly or yearly, cancel whenever you want.
